In Bagore Ki Haveli, Udaipur, the stage is set for the evening’s entertainment – the Dharohar Dance Show.  Get there early and get a seat at the front, or be late like me and stand at the back needing the toilet because you downed a beer on a rooftop restaurant.

I’ve seen a few shows similar to this  and the setting is always atmospheric, but what was nice about this one was having a presenter speaking English telling you about the dances.  The routines weren’t overly-long, performances were varied and it’s children friendly including a small part where they can volunteer and participate.
