The monkeys were taking a break, but now they’re back with a vengeance! Let me introduce you to Bananamonkey and baby. Yeah, that’s right, a banana isn’t a banana without a monkey attached to it.
Strolling around Manali in Himachal Pradesh, India, these monkeys seemed to spend less time in their allocated forest and more time perched on the railing edge.
First up, Bananamonkey and baby identify their need for some bananas and go in search.
Ah, success! Didn’t take long. Must’ve been a monkey tree just out of shot of the last picture.
While Bananamonkey starts devouring, baby goes off in search of some other entertainment. But then heads straight back to, wait for it … Bananamonkey.
Munching on a small banana, baby finishes and hopes a little more of the fruit will drop down.
Whilst Bananamonkey is busy with the bananas, baby gets restless again and starts looking around.
Baby spies nothing of interest and decides to rest up on and be ignored by Bananamonkey.
